Hello, My name is Fannie Rose and I am so glad to meet you! I am from Texas, born and raised with an excitement for helping people navigate through things that may not know what is available to them.
ABOUT ME
I got my start from the state of Texas working as a Texas Work Advisor, then transitioning to the county hospital as a financial counselor. From the lessons, experience and information that I acquired, I was able to help outside those walls of government assistance and after the patient discharges. I've always wanted to help beyond the scope of what I was able to do. I could not reach my full potential without “coloring outside the lines”.
I aim to help as much as I can and as many as I can. I believe if you have the right knowledge, experience and support, you can achieve it all. My inspiration was my mother and father. After my father's death in 1986, my mother did not have the information that a lot of benefits were available to her, my siblings and I. There were times that she simply didn't have the information and didn't know how to obtain it. After my mother's transition in 2022 and all that I gained in knowledge, I was able to handle her final affairs seamlessly, just like she knew that I could and I did just that!

When I take a day for myself, I am usually at home with my family enjoying their company or enjoying a much needed church service.
SERVICES I OFFER

GENERAL NOTARY DOCUMENTS: This service is $40 & up. The documents that is need to be notarize is Oaths, Bill of Sale, Promissory Notes, I-9s & Passport Application, etc.

ESTATE PLANNING, FINANCIAL & REAL ESTATE: This service is $80 and up. The Documents for this are Deeds, Lease Agreements, Power Of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Directives, Advanced Medical Directives, Medical Power Of Attorney, Appointments for Disposition of Remains & Bank Statements.

OTHER/ WITNESS: $25 & Up. Witnesses are often needed for certain documents. These individuals should be someone you select. However, if I (Fannie Rose) supply any witnesses, there is an additional fee of $10 per witness. All witnesses should be present at the time of the notarization, driver's license or Passport.
WHAT I DO AS NOTARY

My job as a notary is to witness the signature of each document for verification of the document that is being notarized. I ensure that you are properly identified and attach any notarial certificate, if necessary which includes the type of notarization, location, date, my signature and seal.
